  • Reuse general code patterns and methodologies
  • Retain copies for backup and support purposes

5.3 Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components subject to their respective licenses. Clients are responsible for compliance with these licenses.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

  • Projects over €2,000: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
  • Smaller projects: Full payment upfront or on completion
  • Ongoing services: Monthly or quarterly billing

6.2 VAT and Invoicing

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT invoices will be provided for all services. For EU clients, VAT may be applicable based on your location and business status.

6.3 Late Payment

Late payments may incur additional charges. Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments.

7. Project Delivery and Revisions

7.1 Delivery Timeline

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by client feedback or scope changes may extend the delivery date.

7.2 Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are typically included in the project scope. Major changes or additional features may incur additional charges and require a contract amendment.

7.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
  • Testing and approving deliverables
  • Arranging hosting and domain services (if not included)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or components
  • Clients are responsible for backing up their data and content
  • We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

9.2 Termination by Service Provider

We may terminate services immediately for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful use of services
  • Failure to provide necessary cooperation

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business data, and project details. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through:

  • Mediation (preferred)
  • Arbitration in Poland
  • Polish courts as a last resort

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
